The Group operations include three divisions based on common operational processes and products: Hydrocarbon Feedstock Division, Synthetic Rubbers Division and Plastics and Organic Synthesis Division. Sibur’s tyre and industrial rubber business has been set up as an independent company Sibur Russian Tyres.
